How it all began: the history of the creation of UzhnetBrand

In 2019, we were looking for a team that we could entrust to promote our projects. We needed not just contractors, but partners — those who think strategically, see the picture holistically, know how to combine design, content and brand values. We wanted to feel that we were understood. But there was no agency in the market of our city that lived up to these expectations.

Then we decided to create our own for the project of an ISP and a football club. So began the history of the team, which at that time was known as UzhnetBrand.

Today we are the same. But the idea remained the same: to build brands with character and meaning.

The first customers. The first team. Own studio.

We started working with local businesses, took the first design and SMM projects and formed a team of four people.

In the same year, we made an important step — we moved to our own office, where they equipped a full-fledged studio for shooting with professional equipment: cameras, studio lighting and everything necessary for high-quality content.

Among the key cases — complete rebranding of the football club “Minai”which subsequently goes to the Premier League. We created a visual style that broke all the patterns of how football clubs in Ukraine looked at that time. This was a breakthrough for us and an important marker of creative courage.

The first 10 clients. Entering the international market. Top Rated on Upwork.

We work in a new office, we manage 10 regular customers. Among them are brands that are with us from day one.
This year we enter the international market through Upwork, we take the first foreign projects and by the end of the year we get the status of Top Rated Agency — we are among the best agencies on the platform.

15+ projects. International case for UAE.

We consistently work with regular clients — more than 15 active projects in the agency.

This year we are launching an SMM strategy for a new restaurant complex in our city. Thanks to a strong visual concept and a well-thought-out advertising campaign, the opening becomes a big event — the whole city talks about it. Already on the day of launch, the page is typing 1000 pratitelja, and by the end of the year, the audience grows to 8000+.

We also reach a new level of international cooperation: we create an identity presentation for the football club “Al Ain”(UAE) is one of the most successful clubs in the United Arab Emirates Premier League.

10 specialists. 20 SMM projects. Niche — HoReCa. International cooperation with UEFA.

The agency's team grows to 10 specialists. We lead 20 active SMM projectsfor regular customers, among which there are brands with which we have been working for more than 3 years.

We focus on the hotel and restaurant segment, launch new campaigns for HoReCa, form our own expertise and approach to promotion in this niche.

This year we are participating in an international project — creating a brand for European Scout Associationwith support UEFA. We develop naming, logo, identity, website and promotion strategy in social networksand we are going to the presentation of the new association in Portugal

15 people. 30 projects. New niches. Readiness for change.

By the end of the year, the team grows to 15 specialists, and the number of active More than 30 SMM projects.

In addition to the hotel and restaurant segment, we also specialize in medical businessand immobility.
In the field of development, we lead almost all the key brands of residential complexes in our area — from positioning to full marketing support.

We expand the team — we attract specialists with deeper expertise, change internal processes, and form other approaches to work.
And most importantly, we realize that we have grown from the format from which we started.

We are rethinking ourselves as a team, as a service and as a brand.

Therefore, by the fifth year of the agency, we make a key decision:

in 2025 we are planning a rebranding and starting to prepare for it— strategically, consciously, step by step.

This year we are making a strategic decision — We do rebranding.
We have grown, approaches have changed, customer needs have become deeper — and we are ready to respond to them comprehensively.

  • We change Agency structure— we create separate departments by direction;
